Anyone know how you can attached shimano I Spec Ev shifters to hope brakes?

Hah. You can't. Yet...
Wait for Hope to bring out an adaptor, or *maybe* if you're very very lucky, one of the wolftooth/mismatch adaptors will fit from ispec b to ev, but I highly doubt it.
