I've been in the hunt for a Shimano GRX 2x groupset for a while but all the usual outlets seem out of stock, even the Germans.
There is one on eBay but it would be from Taiwan. Anyone any ideas if these are legit? It says they're unboxed which sets alarm bells ringing.
Anyone ordered anythung similar from Taiwan? Or what's the consensus? Snide or legit?
Well that's where most bikes get assembled, using unboxed OE components.
So you can imagine a situation where someone might be selling some surplus bits.
Would be weird right now given the excess of demand vs supply though.
I've bought from Taiwan a couple of times, no issues and blazing quick delivery. You might want to watch the import duty aspect as a Groupset, properly declared, will probably attract Duty & Vat.
