Stupid and simple question no doubt, but, can you use Shimano gear cables (inner & outer) with Sram Eagle groupsets? LBS don't have Sram cables in stock and need one today.

Yes, but make sure you get the Shimano 12 speed cable.

SRAM inner cables are narrower (1.1mm vs 1.2mm), but I suspect that if you replace both inner and outer together, it'll work just fine. If you tried to use a shimano inner in a 1.1mm sram outer, this might be another story...
