Would appreciate some help please. I have a Ragley Big Al 2 (2021), with Shimano BR-MT410 calipers (running on 180mm discs). I need some new resin pads and am fairly certain they would be B01S resin pads, however all the shop models listing as "compatible with" are missing MT410 from their lists. The Shimano website for the BR-MT410 caliper is even more confusing as it has "Pad Standard = BS01", but further down the page states "Pad Standard 1 = BS03".... What pads do I order ? thanks

It's the resin that's (slightly) different, both pads are the same dimensions but the 3s are supposed to last longer.

BS03 is fine, a later compound but same shape.

Sorry, B03S pads will be fine, they’re known as the “wide” version of Shimano pads. Some of the brakes that use the same pads if 410 isn’t listed-
BR-MT400, BR-M395, BR-M375, BR-MT200 along with several others.
Hope this helps.
