Shimano brake levers hose connection compatibility

I got Shimano BL-M365 brakes with problems in one of the levers.
I would like to replace both levers to SLX or XT (2020 version). I don't want to replace the whole kit.
But I can't find if the hose connection is compatible, or the type of hose I got from the M365, on the hose only says Shimano.
Has anyone done this type of upgrade from the M365 levers?

They'll swap straight over, no problem.

You,ll need a new olive and probably barb (brass or silver colour depending on hose.) You'll need to shorten the hose to cut off the old barb.

I'm sure someone will say you are OK reusing it all. Your brakes, your face when it all goes pear shaped!

You don’t NEED to cut the hoses
I’ve had to swap levers over before with wrong brake lever side from left right etc
The only issue they will have is the plastic brake caps being different which I found out from m401 lever to SLX lever
The Olive size is same on all Shimano
Barb differed with the 59 or 90 hose inner hole smaller/bigger

Current barb is silver, I don't know the internal hose diameter.

Silver is for BH90 (2.1mm bore), brass is for BH59 (2.3mm bore), shouldn't be necessary to change anything though (provided nobody has mangled the olives). From memory, if the rubber covers aren't right, you may be able to persuade them over the compression nuts to swap them, but don't quote me on that one.
