I need a couple of (mineral oil) syringes to bleed some hydraulic shifters.
I can't see to find one at anything like a reasonable price (don't need any of the other stuff that comes with bleed kits).
I've only ever done simple bleeds at the lever on Shimano brakes over the years and I can't believe the full kits are so damn expensive.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

What is your "reasonable price"?
Tried a local chemist?
They're over there 👈
You might not need all the stuff that comes with them but I have these and find they're great - great syringes compared to your cheap eBay single use stuff
Or these for metal fittings
A reasonable price, I guess £5 a syringe, given the Rohloff oil change syringe I also need to buy looks similar and is £4 (just with a much smaller nozzle)
That looks good @cp, thanks
Cheapo eBay kit working well for me.
Syringes, plastic pipe, that little cup for the lever. The cup is the only special bit - syringes you can find online. Pipe also available. Most commonly used in aquariums if you need to go to a shop?
I tried to buy some in town a few months back The Chemists don't stock them, all Boots could offer was some spare Calpol syringes they had in a drawer. Even the stall on the market didn't have them. I ended up buying them on Ebay.
I just got a couple of these (30ml). Very nice quality, much nicer to use than the standard disposable syringes. Took a few weeks to arrive.

I just use the rockshox reverb syringes with the red nitrile seals. You can either do a push-me pull-me full fluid bleed using one screwed in each end, or pull the plunger out of the bar end and use it like a funnel. Stick some fluid in there and use a rubber band to pull lever to the bars and leave for a few hours.
You can just gravity bleed shimano brakes. Apparently this is how the pro wc mechanics prefer to do it as well. Plenty of how to vids on YouTube. If you really want syringes you can use any cheap ones from the pharmacy.
