as above, are the banjo bolts on shimano brakes all the same? want to swap the slx rear brake on my e-bike for saint, if i can use the existing brake hose that's in situ it saves having to drop the motor to internally route a new brake hose, making it a much easier and less faffy job

As far as i'm aware, the banjo will work, but the bolts may be different lengths.

No they are different but you can just use the banjo bolt the comes with the Saint caliper.

Nope. All quite different. Slx/xt 2 pot are usually the same( long silver one),new 4 pot slx/xt different again (medium length black one) and saints are different again and take a short stubby one. Google shimano saint banjo and you will see the pic.

Edit. Hose should be fine with correct bolt

Just make sure the saint caliper comes with the banjo. Last four we bought didn't have them so had to buy them after.
Shouldn't have any leaks, its just a different position for the hose on the caliper.
