Anyone know what width the spacer between the 3rd and 4th sprockets is?
I have lost one... anyone got a spare?

Looks like a 9 sp is the same but I'll not know for defo till later today. When I find out I'll send you my old 9sp one. (if it's the same!)

thanks very much for the offer, that would be great. However, I doubt they can be the same can they? Surely 10 speed ones must be ~10% thinner than 9 speed ones in order to fit the extra sprocket...?

Just had a brainwave and checked the shimano website technical documentation...
The 9 speed spacer is 2.56mm and the 10 speed one which I need is 2.35mm.
Thanks anyway

10 speed spacer is 2.35mm and 9 speed is 2.56mm.

You can buy these individually if no-one has a spare. Shimano part number is 1Z8 0510 and any decent bike shop could get one from Madison.

Thanks for the info Mr P.
Just checked the Madison site and they want £4 for them... bit much.
Anyone got a spare? Happy to pay for it.
