Hi all,
Anyone shimmed a reverb from 30.9 to 31.6?

Don't really want to shell out for a new one.

Yep, I've been using a 30.9 reverb and shim on my slack line for over a year now without issue. I've got a USE shim as they are nice and long, got mine from winstanleys, have a mate doing the same but with a command post.

Yep.

Ran one shimmed in my (now gone) Solaris.

No problems at all.

I did for a year for the same reason, I fitted a USE thermoplastic one as it's quite long. The seat clamp gripped fine and it caused no problems with the operation of the post.

Yep that's what I do so I can use the same one on my hardtail and fullsuss. Use thermoplastic for me to. Winstanleys usual have them in stock.
