Going out for a play in the snow tomorrow, anyone else up for it?

Think Pine's is officially shut tomorrow, according to face book.
You can always park at the Dog & Duck in Old Clipstone or at the Limes Cafe just off the A614 Nr Bilsthorpe, and then just ride in. 🙂
Never mind, I live on the edge of the forest, so will go for a sneaky one anyway, always more fun when it's not too busy in there.
Just the thought of it has made me turn the heating up...
Just heard that the boy won't be at school tomorrow, so no riding for me 🙁
On the other hand, we can build a huge snow man 🙂

Well I couldn't resist the offer, so left work early and got out on my pugsley
snow was pretty deep upto 12-14" and wasn't easy to ride through up past hub depth !!
on the 4-6" stuff bike went very well indeed

a few good miles and lots of smiles, and a bit of falling off / spd moments thrown in made it a good ride
And proof that a Pugsley has it's uses, I couldn't keep up with him in the deep stuff at all, in fact I just couldn't keep the thing upright!
All good fun though & glad we made the effort.
