This isn't a stealth ad by the way, genuinely seeking advice on the matter.
I have a 2011 Blue Pig frame (i've always wanted one) to build up as a trail bike, I was going to swap the 140mm Revs from my current HT (Dartmoor Hornet) and I've just bought an XT 11-speed cassette, mech and shifter to take care of the rest of the build...
...but, that leaves me a forkless Hornet to then break down and sell on eBay which will be a pain in the arse.
So, should I sell the Hornet as a complete bike and put some of what I get to some new forks instead?
Lastly, what does the hive mind reckon I'll get for the Hornet?....newer black stanchions Revs, Deore brakes, SLX 1x10 running gear, Pacenti wheels, Schwalbe tyres, Burgtec stem, carbon On-One bars, Charge Spoon saddle, On-One seatpost, all nicely colour coded in black and white.
