A week or so back bought a new pair of disco slippers.

First run in will be Sunday but before then I need to posistion the cleats.

Any pointers?

I really cannot remember what I did with my current pair!

Sit on a wall and let your legs dangle, noting specfically how your feet are pointing i.e. toe or heel out.
Try and mimic that angle with your feet clipped in to the pedals.

Cheers fella.

Will I destroy my knees if I try to correct any toe or heel out. I say this not having tried it so may not need to!

i go for a middleise position and see how it feels. I've just tweaked mine as my road shoes point almost straight back & having ridden my mtb recently, my heels were pointing in slightly which wasn't as comfortable as the road shoes...

sooo, I reccomend just going for a middleish position and see how it feels. adjust from there.

it's worth spending a bit of time to set em up imo.

If your old ones work, just offer them up and copy the position.
