My turbo arrived yesterday and the sufferfest's are bought.
I'm using my Garmin readings to set my max HR, so should I use the absolute max of an average of the max.
According to 6 months worth of data my max is 193 bpm so should I use that for setting up the zones?

I'd use the absolute max. Gives you more room to push yourself.
