I have what I think are Formula DC-94 hubs on my Fargo (bought as a complete bike 18 months ago).

The front hub is a bit grindy, and I'm off to do the Welsh Ride Thing at the weekend, I'd like to get some grease in there to smooth things out.

The thing is I can't find out how to get into them, there are no instructions on the web that I can find, nothing on YouTube, zilch. I don't want to get brutal with them in fear of making things worse....

Anyone know how to do it?

End caps should pull off, then you should be able to find the number for the bearings, formula hubs are a nightmare to find info on, I have a pdf at home for my trek ex8

Yeah thanks, had already found that link and e-mailed Formula, not heard anything back. They are quite nice hubs really, strange that there is almost no info out there!
