in response to the clusterf--- rollout of their new website, along with an apologetic email, 10 off 75 quid baskets. No voucher code needed, automatically applied (they've probably screwed up that part of the website too...).
Fair play at least they are trying to sort things out. Reloading the old site would work for me!
