Hi
Any tips on getting a middleburn self extracting crank bolt out of the crank? The bolt has made removing the crank form the bb very easy, but now I can't get the bolt out of the crank.
Any ideas gratefully accepted.

You need to unscrew the cap if its like middleburns I have used. There should be 2 little holes on the cap just bodge a small Allen key in there and turn em
