I have some Superstar wheels, Switch ultralite hubs with Tactic rims, which are great apart from an occasional rubbery squeak from the front. I opened one side up with the special pin tool and found they were completely free of grease and so I packed them with good grease and closed them back up. Unfortunately the other side appears to be generating the squeak and I can’t open it, it’s so tight it broke the pin tool. Any ideas for making / bodging a more robust tool or for getting grease in (I also have to get the blinkin’ broken pins out of the cap!).
