Evening all,
Does anyone have any hints or tips for how to remove seat tube shims/adapters? It's a 31.6-27.2mm one in a Ragley mmmBop frame. Can't seem to find anything to grip onto to pull it out.
Any hints or tips gratefully received!

Usually use a pointed pliers on the top lip, a cheapo long thick screwdriver with a notch filed into of the side of the tip may hook underneath it too.
