Thought I would give them some good publicity.
Bought a pair of their gloves used them through last winter. They recently developed a fault so I sent them back on Wednesday last week by Friday I had a new pair.
Really good service, they'll get my custom again.
I have had the same good service from Sealskinz.
They replaced gloves and told me what was wrong when they sent out my replacements.
And here too. I sent in a fault glove and they sent a pair by return. Bonus! as I'm now one glove up, which is nice as I have more than one pair 🙂
However, it does then make me wonder how many returns they must get - which means that the manufacturing process is flawed or the gloves aren't tough enough for the conditions.
When they work they are fantastic, but if they only last a few months then it could become an expensive consumable.
I have two pairs because I bought a 2nd pair to use immediately when the 1st glove started to leak.
what was the fault?
my first pair the velcro bit broke. and my current (second) pair seem to have shrunk!
