Fitting a new rear mech means my (still working) Gore cable is too short. I shall move it over to one of the kids bikes.
.
I am struggling to justify the £30 odd for a new Gore kit - any other sealed cable kits come with long outers like the Gore?, yet are cheaper...

Cheers Rob, that's the kind of thing....Lots of the Transfil and Shimano are in separate cables, I need one 2.2m+ long outer

That is - i use shimano sp41 and teflon inner - cheap and works well. The benefit of the clarks is that you get LOTS of end caps etc and options to cover exposed bits, long nosed ferules etc. Or just run as a full length.
