I've a 2017/8 spark ultimate 700 in for a full rebuild from the ground up after 4+ years of heavy peak District riding.
I've started with The swing arm rebuild kit with the igus bushings, bearings, and hardware
The bushing on the nds rocker is very loose even torqued up (hole is bigger in diameter than it should be)
I know that the rocker is areplaceable item but is there any other fix that I'm unaware of? To make it clear the hole is bigger in diameter than the igus bushing

Dupe
Was the old bushing that loose?
You would expect any wear to occur on the inner side of the bushing itself, not the rocker.
Might be worth giving Scott a call?
Replaced a few over the years, the bushings have always been a tight fit in the rocker.
How much bigger is the hole, you may be able to rescue it with epoxy or bearing fit. If its a wizards sleeve, then new rocker time.
Literally drops out when turned over, ordered a new rocker, driveside is fine
