I can't remember exactly when Addix became a "thing", but I'm wondering if since the changeover, are all Addix tyres tubeless?

I ordered some tyres for my son's bike from CRC which came in proper retail packaging, just opened them and there's no mention of being tubeless anywhere despite the listing saying they are.

This is what I've ordered:

What's even stranger is according to https://www.schwalbe.com/en/mtb-reader/rocket-ron this tyre doesn't even exist in this size. (Performance, 2.1“) It does exist in Evo and that is TLE.

Been in touch with CRC live chat and they'll get the workshop to get back to me. Anyone got any ideas if they are at all tubeless or are they old stock they found at the back of the warehouse...?

If they say TR on the side then they are tubeless ready. I bought some Addix Nobby Nics for my lad, they went up tubeless fine.

TR on the tyre or box? Neither mention it.

I'm actually thinking of getting 1 of these for him https://www.merlincycles.com/schwalbe-racing-ray-addix-performance-folding-tyre-275-123065.html and the new Racing Ralph, anyone have any experience of them compared to the older style RR/NN/Ron's?

They'll be used for Xc stuff including either SDW or King Alfred's Way this summer.

My new bike came with a Racing Ray Addix Evo Speedgrip on the front and a Racing Ralph Evo Addix Speed on the back. So far I've been really impressed, riding at Cannock, Mayhem and my local loops. Loads of grip, roll very fast. Certainly better than any previous Ralphs that I've had.

Cheers, ordered them. Even if the ones from CRC do inflate the sidewalls are paper thin so they're going back.
