Not quite as it happened though was it ? (More Bullshit 🙄 )

I sent it as a standard PayPal payment and added on a bit for "your" fees as I refused to send it as a Gift.

You said that "your friend" who's PayPal account you were using (for some reason?) wouldn't want it that way, and would only accept PayPal gift.

So I told you to **** off. And sent you an email explaining why.

Do you remember me now. (So you can stop digging even deeper)

It's all here if you are having trouble remembering how it actually happened rather than your bullshit version.

As I said, MTFU and stop ****ing whining.

Yes, We already all know this? the same applied this time, I did not want payments as a service because everyone knows how easy it easy to get them overturned whether the items sent or not. I still dont accept payments as a service?

Nothing of what you have just said proved I am a scammer? Like I said do you have any proof that I have constantly been doing it? No, I didnt think so.

And I already knew who you were before you posted that anyway.

Here's a few bits of advice for you, as you are clearly not that bright.

Stop using multiple different names.

Stop using multiple different email addresses.

Stop using multiple different PayPal accounts.

Stop stealing money of people.

And, and lastly, but maybe most importantly.

Stop talking Shite,

🙄

How do you know someone hasn't?

Most people don't bother reporting their whole life here (apart from Moly)

I think a link to the current eBay sales he's doing to prove what's happening would help?

Are these definitely the same person?

If so, they all (most) seem designed to appear as 'normal' as possible. Says alot about the intent of the person. Plus you only change username when theres been an issue/the the old one is too 'hot' huh? The worrying part is how many 'other' customers are out there who don't vent on the internet or chalk up to experience?

The IWH experience had alot more victims didn't it across many forums and even ones on here who were abit embarrased to say anything as they'd been taken for a ride/felt daft.

Jesus can't the mods IP ban him? not perfect but this takes the piss.

he's either a scammer or an idiot or both, either way give us suspected aliases so we can avoid.

reason for so many accounts is likely because paypal keeps freezing them. tbf, they do this sometimes even if you're innocent. tbf, i doubt this is innocent.

the mor ehe does to wind people up so they involve the police the better, from my point of view.

he's offered no explanation as to why he couldn;t supply goods he'd advertised for sale or why he uses so many different logins and paypal accounts.

I agree hora, although coming back all agressive and using bold a lot does tend to support the '16 year old out of his depth' theory.

People are too willing to put it down to experience.

"People are too willing to put it down to experience"

I am guilty of this.

Lesson well and truly learned

I was very surprised to get a refund this morning along with an e-mail asking to put a good word in for him on the forum.
No chance - my advice is avoid him.

To me returning the money is an admission that he never had the items. I don't buy his arguement that everyone was too impatient and accused too early. I waited a resonable time without any contact after payment (about 5 days) then sent an e-mail enquiring when it was expected to arrive, which received no reply. Then found this thread.

One of the worst things about this episode is that the guy actually appears to ride yet is happy to abuse the forums to steal from fellow bikers.

To the seller, seriously its not worth the hassle going down that route. Yes- you make money from it and the mugs' deserve it for sending money into the unknown. However one of the mugs*, one day we'll file a complaint which will be followed up leading to the next 5years of your life a mess with it proving impossible for you to find work.

Whatever you've 'made' so far- put this firmly behind you. Turn over a new leaf and learn because if the Police call, your life will change massively.

Its not easy or free money. Easy money is when someone has an act of charity and gives you money. This is dangerous money fella. Walk away and do something good with your life.

*Good folk, well meaning folk.

I think hora was using the 'voice' of the crook at the centre of all this, not his own.

This guy is either a criminal, incredibly stupid or both. If everyone has finished with him I'll ban him again.

One final message to Singletrackuser2012..

Go away! Do not use our forum again - you clearly do not understand what your responsibilities are as a seller and as such you are no longer welcome here. If you register again we will spot you, highlight your history to any potential buyers and then ban your account for life.

We will also pass on all the user data we have on you to the police if they request it from us and we will aid them in anyway they require.

I say let him keep digging.

The more he lies to people the more wound up they will get.

And that will mean someone will eventually report him to the police and get this sorted.

Multiple names, multiple forum id's, multiple email addresses and multiple PayPal accounts.

There is NO WAY ON EARTH that this was an innocent mistake 🙄

Yes. Online crooks always see the victims as 'serves them right'. Don't they? Its the crooks to take and serves you right for letting go of it. They wouldn't give any money to a stranger so you doing so is reckless and your asking for it.

They don't see shared-minds etc. Just mugs.

I've had no refund (after 6 days) so I'll be emailing everyone involved to get as much info on him as possible, and we'll see where this goes.

If you have any info then can you email reggiegasket [at] yahoo.co.uk

Ta.

Yes, that's the idea. I want to put together a full list of activity though, so it's enough for the police to take seriously.

Reggie, i didnt actually think this was the same person who tried to scam me 3 months ago, as the username didn't show up on the lists in this thread.

But as he is clearly not too clever, he confirmed it was actually him earlier in the thread (dummass 🙂 )

So if you want more info, this is the same guy and a list of stuff he was trying to scam money with:

Remember back to IWH- he was emailing everyone promising payment (but just didn't have the money at the time to pay back). Never did though, just buying time.

I have had several mails from Danny/Sean yet there is still no sign of a promised refund.

I have now reported this to the Police action fraud complaints system ( http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ ) relaying the transaction details, emails and details of the threads on STW, including this one.

The crime reference number is NFRC121100354874 for anyone wishing to also report Danny/Sean/Jamie & add my report to theirs as a victim of the same fraud/scammer.

I'll let you know what happens from here on in..

PS Good luck Danny/Sean/Jamie

At last, someone's reported it 🙂

I hope this encourages other people to do the same and that they're all linked together and action taken.

Someone else got ripped off then 😐

(Not having a go at you by the way, but this w@nker is just paying people back who kick up a fuss, by using other people's money)

I know it's none of my business but wondering about an update to how this is getting sorted and if the victims are getting reimbursed. Just hoping justice will be properly dealt.
