Has anyone done a service or stripdown of this seatpost? I think it's the same as an RSP Plummet. Or know where I can download a manual. Tried Google but no luck. TIA.

If it is the same as a plummet, then there is nothing to service. The two tubes just slide against each other and are not part of the system. The up and downy bit is inside the two tubes and is a sealed unit.
Apart from cleaning it, I am not sure what taking it apart achieves.
I took mine apart when it stopped working. But that was because the lever which depresses the button on the top of the sealed hydraulic bit had cracked. Threw it in the bin and bought another.
