I do my Blur about once a season or after a period of long crappy rides. coming upto 2 years on original bearings on the LTc and it's been ridden a lot.

It is possible to damage other parts by not greasing it by the way, if the bearings dry out it can cause wear to the link and that is not covered under warranty. I have seen it happen so I wouldn't be too cocky about the warranty thing 😉

I do mine every few weeks or so depending on where I've been riding and in what sort of conditions. It's best to keep on top of it.

I also found it's worth taking the upper link off about every 6 mounts and carefully popping the seals off the bearings and giving them some fresh grease.

Did mine after a month or so with a few grotty Peaks/Dales rides under its belt, just to make sure of the procedure, suprised at the state of the expelled grease, filthy.

assuming it's the same as what Whyte do you need to bear in mind that this covers the bearings but doesn't cover the labour to replace them.

Connect the grease gun to the nipple and pump some grease through. It's easy
