Building up my new 5010 frame and having a nightmare getting the hung for my dropper post to sit back in the frame fully. Any tips as my thumbs are killing me, must of spent at least an hour on and off.
Tried lubing it up.

Isopropyl alcohol on the bung as lube and then push her home.

When I built one I could only fit them before a cable/hose went in.
