Hi, has anybody owned or ridden either a Santa Cruz Highball Carbon or Intense Hard Eddie?
I'm tempted to build either of these to replace my 456 carbon, one thing which concerns me about the Hard Eddie is that it uses a PF30 bottom bracket so I may not be able to use my existing XT cranks.
I've ridden the Scott Scale 29er and looked at the Canyon 29er which is great value but I fancy something a little different.
The Hard Eddie seems to get some good reviews but I can't find any on the Highball.
Test rides would be ideal but there are non local to me.
So if anyone has experiences of the Highball or Hard Eddie I would be interested; the bike will be used mainly for XC/Woburn?
TIA
You can run 24mm axle cranks on PF30 frames by using an adaptor.
Ninner Air9 Rdo btw.

Highball Carbon is a great handling bike imo...
