You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Came across this and, yes, there is a lot to read but more trails so has to be a 'good thing'. 8)
If you skip to Map 4 then you will see loads of new trails including the Trans-Wilts Bridleway (never heard of this) and the Great Stone Way which *I think* is a mixture of footpath and bridleway.
Meanwhile, don't forget that Imber is open this weekend and there will be the usual excellent display in the church. Tea and coffee available as well as Salisbury Plain honey. If you've never been before, the history of this village is fascinating and there is loads of memorabilia. 🙂
Nice to see! Oh, and remember folks - Look for the red flags...!
Not riding this weekend, but heading to Sarum to the LBS tomorrow at some point!
Imber....Hmm. Might be able to nip over on Sunday. Well worth a trip if you've never been, I'd say!
No vehicle access from Gore Cross but tis OK for walkers and cyclists.
I'll probably head over tomorrow as weather is supposed to be nicer than Sunday.
Why no riding Cap'n?
Many other things to do, C_G. Got to go to Tribbecks and pick up my watch (Yay! It's fixed!), Stonehenge and pick up some gubbins to fix my Enduro. (After a nice brekker at Cote, as well, perhaps!) Then all sorts of other stuff to sort out over the weekend, none of which is likely to allow me time to ride. 🙁
Yes they were talking about this the other day in TBM closing some rights of way and opening others which have never been open to the public before and the MOD is going to sign them better cant be bad.
Mind hope the new ones are tested first by a tank just in case 😆
