Pretty self explanatory question, seen some of these slightly older Saint brakes going for reasonable prices, but the only shifter I have laying around is an M8000 i-spec B shifter. Is it remotely compatible?

Nope predate Ispec and as far as I know they didn't add ispec till the m820's.
