Saint lever pistons

Does anyone know if the pistons in the M820 master is the same size as XT and other Shimano brakes? I'd like to replace mine as a slow squeeze on the front brake is pulling to the bar (fluid leaking past the seals). Can't seem to find anything conclusive online and don't want to take them apart and find out they're a different size.
