Hi All
I have a few a questions re a Saint bash, i had one given to me, can i:
a) fit to a SLX drive train (i'm aware that i have to remove the outer ring) the hole pitch looks the same?
b) if so, what size bolts do i need?
c) where can i get said bolts?
Cheers
Nick
Raceface polybash bolts will fit and cost around £5 from CRC or Wiggle. Doubles aren't normally long enough and you need something around 13mm.
The bashring will fit the holes but you may need to file a bit of plastic off so it fits.
I though you needed some special washers? My bash ring is sitting unused in the shed because I can't get the washers.
The normal chainring bolts just drop through
They come with brass insert to stop you crushing the bashring when you fit it but other than that you just need the right length bolts.
Any idea on part numbers for these washers/spacers? Or anyone know if a spacer from something else will do?
