Hi all,

I've previously read that the original RX4 calipers don't fit Lauf forks - does anyone know if the newer RX4+ calipers have the same issue?

There is a pdf on hopes website that has compatability given spacing from drop out, caliper type, and rotor size.

The Lauf is a pretty weird fork - it's not the bolt spacing, the problem is thr caliper fouling on the mechanics of the fork springs and wheel mounts. I have asked Hope, but they can't confirm.

I have done it in the past with an rx4. I had to use a 180mm rotor flat mount adapter then grind off some of the material to position the caliper clear of the linkage as it is. Wasn’t ideal as in I’d rather not have had to do it, but it worked.

The Lauf is post mount fitment and the RX4+ didn't change the design of the PM calliper over the RX4 (I have both). The calliper is fairly chunky, so that's likely why you'd need to space it out so that it clears the fork's very constrained mounting point.
