[Closed] Running 11 speed Campag Chorus rear mech on 10 speed Centaur setup?

I have just purchased an 11 speed 2012 Chorus rear mech to replace my 2008 Centaur one and whilst the indexing is ok, it is not as quiet as I would have liked. I did read that I might need to replace the jockey wheels, but I would like to understand why this is. Is it just because that the 11 speed wheels are slghtly narrower then the 10s due to the chain being narrower and therefore the 10 speed chain will not be as well supported?

I was wondering whether this is the cause of the rough running noise?
