I want to convert to 10 speed but keep my existing 9 speed chainset.
Will a 10 speed rear derailleur, cassette, chain & shifter work with a 9 speed front derailleur, chainset & shifter?
Does anyone have any experience of this set up?

That's what I'm using... 9 speed slx chainset with 10 speed kmc chain, 10speed r h shifter and 10 speed xt rear mech, works a treat
