Was looking to buy a nice single malt whisky (Glenfarclas 15 maybe?) for a mate but found he's quite a rum fan these days.

I know very little about rum though. Looking to get him something he'd appreciate. Not sure what he already has, however doubling up would be no bad thing!

bizarrely enough, the Malt Whisky Society do a good line in Rum. really really nice too.

A dark rum from one of the lesser known islands can be nice. Google 'St Kitts rum'. It was cheaper than mill when I lived there!
