I have a few lights mounted by rubber straps.  This type of arrangement. Some emergency lights, some bigger like the halfords ones.

I'd like to mount them under my garmin. Is there a neat cost effective solution to this? I could put a gopro style mount on some (but not all of them which is a problem as it is these I'd like to use for TTs and Hill climbs) and put the corresponding bit on the underside of my garmin mount. Something like this but screwed onto the garmin mount?

Specifically for Leyzne, you can unscrew the strap and replace it with a GoPro mount and you get get plenty of cheap out front mounts with "Garmin on top/Go Pro on bottom" attachment points from Amazon
