Found a few posts from a few years ago about this being possible, but all the links and info there is dead so was wondering if anyone has had this done recently?

Got a set of 2015 SIDs and I did a thorough rebuild a few weeks back and they're in really great nick (new damper and air spring due to increasing travel, and swapping out the XX damper for a Charger 2 RLC) so I don't want to bin them for a bit of stanchion wear! Know it won't be cheap but seems a better option when the internals are pretty much perfect! (and I've finally got them riding really nice!)

I've heard RSF Suspension in Plymouth does stanchion replacement. Give them a ring.

There's also a firm in Portugal, ND Tuned: https://www.ndtuned.com/bainhas.php

Will do! Looks like fox only (as are the three other places I've found) but worth a try!

That place in Portugal is one that I was struggling to find, thanks! (had the name slightly wrong)

Where are you based? RSF (as above) do it in the South, Stirling Bike Doctor does it in the North

Good shout on Amazon, no solo air but there are some dual air and had been thinking about converting to Dual air and the CSU had been the thing stopping me...

I think this will involve many hours scouring the documents to work out what'll fit with what!

So I'll update this when I have the parts and everything is assembled but looks like a Dual air spring and Dual air CSU come to a grand total of £81 so much cheaper than replacing the stanchions and I'll end up with a Dual air, Charger2 SID which by my estimations will be an awesome fork! Bound to be a snag somewhere but I'll update with any mods I need to make!

Will have a nearly new 120mm air spring for a SID 2012-2016 available (~3 rides) plus a XX hydraulic lockout damper and rebound damper that I already have sat on the side. Let me know if these are of interest to anyone!

If you need replacement stanchions on sids there's a guy in Cumbria does them, I'll put his details up when I get home.... been a few years since mine were done

Can anyone do Marzocchi Espresso coated stanchions in an NCR 350 fork?
