I'm going to be stripping/cleaning and doing the basic wiper seal service on my revs this afternoon, anyone have any suggestions to (readily available)alternatives to judy/sram butter for the lubing of the seals?

Rock and Roll Super Slick grease.

Don't use 'normal' grease (or lubes for that matter), might not react nicely with the seals. If you've not got something suspension specific then the next best thing is just to make sure the foam rings are well soaked in the right lubricant.

Thanks tinas
I have some fox float fluid for the wiper seals, just the destructions i'm reading recommend a little judy butter around the dust seals...

Your local car or motor bike supplies shop (e.g. Halfords) should be able to supply a tub of suspension grease big enough to last a lifetime for a very reasonable price. I think the stuff I use is made by Silkolene.
