Will a 32mm air cap from a revelation/Reba, etc fit into a Recon or Sektor? (Both 2020 models).

It'll screw on, but that's about it as far as fitting goes, they're pretty much all model specific (just ask your LBS, who've probably had to source replacements for stuff nicked off display bikes).

Sorry, I meant the whole part that screws into the fork and needs a socket to remove.
Not just the cap that covers the Schrader valve.

my Recon has a tube inside the stantion that the top cap also threads into.

Very doubtful, pretty sure those 2020 models are 35mm.
