I am mounting an rp-3 fox shock on my bike.Bought it used and had it rebuilt,stuck down.Wil it hurt the shock or hinder its performance if I mount it controls to the rear wheel,upside down.Better acsess to the controls.Thanks Herb

No issues with orientation of mounting as long as the unit doesn't foal through out the travel.

That the shock does not make contact with the frame, in any part of the rear suspension's movement.
