I am looking to escape the Royal Wedding torture on Friday, so was wondering whether anyone has any suggestions of where I might be able to ride that is 'different' or a 'variation' on my normal area of riding (Dartmoor), if you have a GPX file or Map it would be ideal?

Anywhere in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset or Dorset (prefer Devon or Somerset)?

Thanks in anticipation!

Was thinking I might head that way, but I don't know of any trails up that there? Can you help? or know someone who can?

OOO but the BBC news coverage starts at 0800 so you can be up early to watch a days worth of Royal over drive.

Bucklebury, West Berkshire, not far from me, pretty but quite dull village... I'll either be doing a West Berks/Oxon all day mission, or loading up the motor and heading somewhere trail-centrish...

Most of the Royal Estates will be shorthanded - cheeky trails?

On a more serious note I've got a horrible feeling the countryside is going to be rammed with royal refuseniks, most of my office appear to be planning to be away from the TV.

if you have gps or similar then try to mail sponging machine off of here he has routes a plenty up there..sadly i will be doing D.I.Y all weekend instead of camping with my family visiting sponging machine due to chickenpox (kids not me), or i would've loved to go and ride around.
otherwise try mailing knottie or sharki (he was about on dartmoor on sunday) they have lots of routes. try doing a search on here as loads of routes been posted over the course of the last few years.
