Looking for routes setting off from King's House in Glencoe, any suggestions? Hopefully 6 hour rides approx.

Cheers

Up the WHW to kinlochleven, lots of routes there. There's also across to loch Etive, my favourite bothy route, plus there's a boat trip too if you want to cross the other end of loch instead of riding around it.

You're on the WHW, you can go north(ish) over the DS then up to Blackwater path and own the Ciaran path (hardcore) or straight down. Optional loop past the Mamore lodge and descend on singletrack back down the glen. Back on the road up Glencoe.

Riding south is a bigger loop - way over 6 hours for most.

As Bumper- up the Devil's Staircase and descend NW on the WHW but then turn east along the top of the water pipe up to Blackwater dam, cross and descend the Ciaran path to KLL. Road to glencoe village, then piece together a mainly off-road return route back up the glen on paths and the old road. Several good descents exist into KLL for an 'up & down' day but that's best done by driving there first.
Going south across Rannoch & the Black Mount, turn west and cross to Glen Kinglas and return around Loch Etive; but that'll probably take you a lot more than 6 hours!

The devils staircase - ciarnan loop should be doable in 6hr with a nice lunch in KLL, navigation is also straightforward.
No matter how grim you feel cycling back by road and missing the return descent would be criminal. And cycling the road takes the same time.

South on WHW, hang a right at Victoria Bridge, turn right at Loch Etive, through the Lairig Eilde back to the start.
