Any reason I shouldn't be using hopes? I notice theres a few mm difference but does it really make a difference? If not hopes then superstars? Heard about quite a few icetechs melting through so i'd like to avoid them.

The rivets on my hope floating rotors stick out and I can't get an optimal alignment for the XT brakes I popped onto my main bike while I got the hopes sorted out. So maybe

I'm using the SLX rotors (RT66?) with XT brakes, all good. On CRC they're only a tenner for 180mm and aren't the Ice Tech ones.

RT76 fit + forget or as above RT66s very nice for what they are
