I've got a Charge Plug 5 road bike and when I'm riding out of the saddle I get a reasonable amount of rotor noise. Is this likely to be the wheel or the fork or something I'm missing? If it's the fork I guess I can just buy something more rigid in carbon but on a newish bike that seems a bit stupid.

Could be the hub bearings, I get it when my cup and cone bearings need adjustment.

Spokes catching the caliper body? My spyre front slightly does this and I'm going to have to space the rotor over a bit.

Is that the pads rubbing the rotors? Assuming so and not the calliper clipping the spokes. If it is the pads, try this: loosen the calliper bolts so that it is a bit jiggly. Give the wheel a slow spin and while it is still spinning pull the lever. This should centre the calliper. Tighten the bolts back up and see how she goes.

Sounds like the forks flexing. My rebas with QR do this but my Pikes with 15mm don't. If they are QR check it is tight.
