Having just rebuilt my rear wheel with a nice XR331 rim, I spotted a rotor 1x13 rear mtb wheel for under £100. bargain I thought.
Couldn't see any problems from the limited reviews, so impulse purchase was made.
wondered if there were any real world experiences of them.
only downsides i can see is relatively expensive freehubs, around £60 a pop, and that it's designed for the rotor 13 speed cassette, where the 10T hangs off the end of the cassette. This means that with normal cassettes they'll be about 3mm over toward the centre of the wheel.
considering I run a boost adapter which does just that, I don't see it being any different (aside from now not having to find the adapters every time I take the wheel out). so the crappy chainline will still be the same 🙂
