[Closed] Rosebikes, excellent service

CRC take note!

[u]Due to my own mistake[/u] I needed to return a couple of items to rosebikes. Emailed them explaining my mistake (this was up to 2 weeks after I recieved the items), and hoped that they would still deal with this as a return, so expected to pay for the return of the items and the re-delivery of the replacements. They emailed me straight back, that they provide the returns label & even exchange and return the correct items to me for now extra charge! I was emailed when my parts arrived with them, also when they despatched my replacement parts, & 8 days after sending them, I the replacement parts in my grumby little hands.

EDIT: IF you've never heard of the site before, note that it's a german site, even though it has a co.uk address. You'll pay £5 delivery but were still cheaper than CRC/wiggle/merlin/etc for the drivetrain parts I wanted.
