It's being reported that he has been arrested for causing the death of his wife by dangerous driving.

I following him on Instagram and he was really enjoying being a family man after retiring as a pro. Can't imagine what there kids are going through.
Just read this, really sad news.
Just saw a photo of the famiy for the first time on Instagram today, presumably the news has caused increased traffic to his socila media. There is me thinking they a lovely family
As a pro he had some great moments. But also some odd ones. Didn't he cost himself like a million dollars by refusing to ride a trail
A guess but maybe a training ride. Motorpacing? service from the car?
Bloody tragic .
I assume it’s something like that. They must be confident it wasn’t murder but sure he was reckless
Not sounding like an accident from reports now.

Have you got a link to anything concrete, because every ‘report’ I can find is the same words rearranged in a different order.
Arrested. Dangerous driving. Charged with. Released on bail.
Have you got a link to anything concrete...
Tragic. And too little detail in those reports for any clear idea of what happened.
Odd that the 2 teenagers were credited with the first aid though, rather than Dennis himself.....
He sounds like a nasty piece of work, though I appreciate we don't have the full details.
Melissa Hoskins is the double Olympic cyclist and World Champion who was killed. Just in case anyone was interested, like.

Based on what?
Do people in their normal state of mind knock their wives off the bonnet of their car then drag them along behind their cars. Even with limited details there are red flags.

See pretty much every JackAss ever.....I have ridden into town on the rear bumper of a car. I got on voluntarily - it was my fun. But if I'd been munched no doubt the driver would be the one charged with dangerous driving.
From those details if true you can also have him fleeing a violent domestic assault. Jumping on a car bonnet and grabbing at the door handle seems like an attempt to stop the vehicle and get at the person inside. While the vast majority of domestic abuse is committed by men it is on occasion women attacking men or other women.
I don't think it's helpful to speculate. Only thing for certain is that 2 young kids are going through something utterly dreadful regardless of how it came about.
Based on everything that team-mates have said about him having a nasty temper together with the sketchy details of what happened.
Yes, I could be wrong. It may have just been a tragic accident, and likewise Pistorious might have genuinely believed that someone was breaking into his toilet in the middle of the night or whatever bullshit story it was he came up with.
Nope, sorry folks, still nothing concrete, nothing but conjecture.

Come on now, being a bit of an arsehole of a team mate is one thing....

Not sure why you'd expect concrete at this stage?
Multiple media sources=somewhere between conjecture and concrete I'd say.
You say "being a bit of an arsehole". Others say "anger management issues". I'm sure we'll find out more in due course.
I’m not expecting concrete. I asked if there WAS anything concrete because every ‘news outlet’ was reporting the same thing. Con-flickin-jecture.
Doesn’t the fact that he’s been bailed, and the MAGISTRATES court hearing isn’t until March make you at least query ‘is there maybe some smoke without much fire’ here? Just saying. I don’t have any idea, but you lot have already got him banged to rights on the strength of some shitty reporting.
If Aus system is the same as the UK then committal hearings are in the magistrates court first, and then if the offence warrants it to the higher court. Not sure if Aus is state or crown Vs as we have here.
Don't disagree that the fact he has been bailed and hasn't as yet been charged with a bigger offence is an indication but the court he's appearing at probably isn't.
