Calling Rocky Mountain Altitude owners, its time for me to change up from my Whyte E5 to something a bit more aggressive. My parterre has a Small Altitude which she loves and I'm thinking of getting one. The problem is finding one in the right size I can sling a leg over. Obvious option is just go and demo a Santa Cruz or something similar to get a feel for sizing but I thought I would ask the forum to see if anyone can offer some guidance.
I think I'm between an L and an XL. I've always found fit awkward, Being 6'1" with a long 36" inside leg, If I go by sizing charts I'm an XL, but I often find most bikes quite long as a result. How do you guys and gals find the fit of their Altitudes?
Cheers for any advice
Lofty
