Stripped down, clean everything and replaced seals etc.
Pumped up to recommended pressure but massive stiction, no sag at all.
Lean on the bars and the fork moves, it feels progressive once moving.
Lower the pressure and the the stiction is still there, ie no sag but lean on the bars and the fork drops right through the travel, but not bottoming out.
Is there anything I should put on the top seals to get rid of this stiction?
Sounds strange.
Where is the compression dial set at?
Did you put some oil in the top of the air chamber?
Sounds like somethings hasnt gone back together properly.

As he says, just double check everything.
Just for the record, i had some RL Sektors ,& thought they were awesome, i swapped them for some Revelations ,cos they were cheap & looked like Pikes, in all black, & i can honestly say they were a waste of £,in relation to performance gains, as there isn't any over the Sektors, i cant tell the difference !..
So I hope you sort them fella,as they're a great fork..
