I'm planning on doing a service on my Revelation forks and Monarch shock soon, so after doing all the research on process, parts needed etc. I've just got a query on the grease to use.

SRAM recommend PM600 military grease or SRAM butter for the forks and RS dynamic seal grease for the shock, is there any major reason you can't use one for both? Or is there a general product out there that will do both jobs such as that RSP slick kick stuff TFT sell?

The bike is about a year old now so I was just planning on an air can service for the shock and maybe a lower leg / airspring service on the fork. Both appear to still work fine so I'm guessing the dampers on both can be left for now? Or is it worth doing them as well while they're apart?

Cheers

Thanks, that's basically the same stuff as the SRAM butter I'm lead to believe as well, 'Slickoleum'?
